DIE BURGER OPWIP-RESTAURANT
We teamed up with Die Burger newspaper and hosted our second pop up restaurant during the KKNK themed, “As dit reën in die Klein Karoo”.
The Opwip Restaurant concept was the brain child of Clarisse and together with Chefs Mynhard & Tiaan, we designed an entertaining menu & programme that had some guests return for a second night.

The table decor was elegant and simple with true Karoo elements hand-picked and collected by local designers. Simple glass, linen and slate elements created the perfect canvas for aloe, tolbos and spekboom to feature from.
